Tracy Hardekopf is the founder of Compensation Advisors and has been a leader of Compensation Program Design and Analysis for over 15 years.  Tracy’s Experience with for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare, manufacturing, service care agencies and municipalities in New England has fostered unique insights into areas of employee motivation.  Tracy has a background in the design and redesign of compensation structures, guidelines and analysis of compensation data.  Before founding Compensation Advisors Tracy began her career in Manufacturing Human Resources and moved on to the airline industry before landing in Healthcare.  Tracy is a graduate of Leadership New Hampshire.  She has held Senior leadership Positions and multiple roles in non profit governance.  Tracy’s education includes a Master of Science in Management from New England College and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of New Hampshire.  She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Michelle Rouleau is a consultant with a strong background in Sales and Manufacturing.  As a former Vice President of Sales she has experience with variable sales compensation and can help analyze and design pay programs that motivate needed outcomes for your sales driven success.
